Make Exterior Window Trim with PVC and a Kreg Tool Make Exterior Window Trim with PVC and a Kreg Tool

We use a Kreg pocket hole tool to make some simple and classic PVC window trim. Window trim doesn’t typically include the traditional angled sill that they did for years. We show you how to make your own PVC window trim using a Kreg Jig and a table saw.

Tips: – Build your window frame before you install it. This will help a great deal with the stability of the window trim. It will also help keep your joints tight. This is especially true with the use of modern new construction windows. The flange is often uneven. The Kreg tool will make this job go quickly.
