Free Picnic Table Plans

Nothing says summer like a cook out eaten at a picnic table.  These free plans are for a handsome cedar picnic table that will dress-up any backyard.

Multiple pages layout the building of the table and benches.  The benches for this table are smaller than the table top for easier storage beneath it.

Materials List for the table:

• 2x2s 8’ (3)
• 2x6s 10’ (2)
• 4x4s (2)
• 2 ½” Exterior Screws
• 4” Exterior Screws
• Liquid Nails
• Paint Brush
• Choice of Stain
• 120 Grit Sandpaper
• Polyurethane

Additional materials needed to build the benches:

• 2x4s at 58 ½” (mitered at 45°) (4)
• 2x4s at 14” (mitered at 45°) (4)
• 2x6s at 55 ½” (4)
• 2x6s at 11”
• 4x4s at 15”
• 2x4s at 11”

Tools Needed:

• Power Drill/Impact Drill
• Miter Box
• Square
• Measuring Tape
