Spruce up the old living room of your house with this awesome plan for a coffee table. The plan is a traditional design that consists of a top board, 4 skirt pieces, and four leg pieces. This design is meant to teach people how to create any kind of table, be it a coffee table or a dining room table. The only difference between the plans is the dimensions used to create the table.
Since it is sometimes hard to create rounded legs as the machinery necessary can be a little expensive, the plan calls for the purchasing of pre-built legs from Osbourne Wood Products. They bought them there, but you can go out and buy legs from any place that sells them and they should still work fine. The legs will run around 15 dollars.
Since the plans make it very easy to customize, you can create any size and shape of coffee table that you need. It also has detailed designs and instructions to teach you how to create a storage shelf within the table, which can prove to be very convenient when you need a place for the remote.
The plan is a moderate level difficulty and has a little bit of cutting and fastening. Once the project is done, any indoor furniture-grade finish can be applied. The creators recommend using a finisher that can mask the fact that three different types of wood are used in the creation process. Be ready to wow your company with this one and have fun crafting it.
