I needed a paper towel holder plan and decided that even though it was incredibly simple, it is worth sharing. Everyone has a paper towel roll around the house, so why not share a free plan. This is a bit pedestrian, but necessary.
The first plan comes from Wood Magazine and is a very simple hanging dowel style.

The second plan comes from Shopsmith and Son. The plan is a little more detailed and gives you a different design style to consider. It is a bit more detailed and includes an upper shelf with storage.
