Bathroom Shelf Plans

I found myself in need of an unusually sized bathroom cabinet or shelf recently. We are renovating a house built in 1889 and had a plumbing chase that has an access panel in an unusual size. I decided it would make sense to build my own cabinet /shelf to cover the chase for a number of reasons.

1. The size of the plumbing access hole is unusual and is at the perfect wall cabinet height.
2. We have some original beadboard from 1889 that would add some charm to our renovated bathroom.
3. I don’t like to overspend on items I can make on my own (most woodworkers have this sickness).
