Maybe a cottage plan might not be considered woodworking, but I know that most woodworkers feel the need to build everything themselves (or with a few friends). Because of that, I will often include plans that you might consider “construction” rather than “woodworking”.

Free Cottage Plans
I have been searching for a small cottage for my family. Most of what I have found isn’t something that you would want to use for a retreat. Often times you will find a hunting cabin that doesn’t really suit your needs, or is beyond repair. This free cottage plan is great for those of you who are in a similar situation and have determined that it might just make sense for me to buy the raw land and build what I want. Clean and new is always more pleasing to the spouse.
