Free Animal Feeder Plans

These plans are for a wild animal bird feeder. I live in an area where a 1 mile x 1 mile are of woods and fields are being developed. By no means, am I a tree hugging member of the Audubon society, but it is nice to have the animals being pushed out wandering through my back yard.

This woodworking plan is a nice project that can be done with children and it is an ideal plan for the fall.

Jacob’s Ladder Plans

Let’s depart from the outdoor furniture plans for a minute. Here is a simple plan for a Jacob’s Ladder. If you don’t know what a Jacobs ladder, you will certainly recognize it once you see the toy. You will probably proclaim “so that is what it is called”.

This is a very easy wood plan that you can work on with your child. It is also a great project if you are overrun with scrap wood that you can’t seem to let go of. I don’t know if you are a woodworker like me, but I can’t throw anything extra lumber out. When the time does come that I am able to build something out of excess material, I am very pleased.

Table Plans Like a Puzzle

I received a request for Children’s table plans that fit together like a puzzle and uses no nails or glue. Well, I was able to locate some table plans that fit the bill, but they might a little difficult to follow.

I am wondering if you have plans for a kids picnic table that uses no nails or glue? All the pieces fit together like a puzzle.

Janet, I think that this is probably what you are after. It is a table that is constructed from 1 sheet of plywood and fits together without hardware, like a puzzle.

Dollhouse Shelf Plans

These free doll house shelf plans are sure to please a child from 2 to 16. They are functional and fun for kids. The construction is rather simple. The finishing painting is the key to this project.

These mirror plans can be used in a hall, or bedroom. The plans are very simple and use a stock mirror that can be found at Home Depot or Lowe’s. This is a simple shelf to build and can be dressed up with some additional trim or molding.

Bunk Bed Plans - Loft Style

Baseball Coat Rack Plans

This baseball coat rack is a very cool and simple plan that your kids will love. In fact, this doesn’t have to be just for kids. This would make a great addition to any sports themed game room.

The coat rack incorporates a bat and ball on the peg rack for hanging coats, backpacks, etc. This plan calls for a power planer/joiner. Obviously this is a tool that most people don’t have. I would bet that you could achieve a similar look by simply attaching the bat from the rear with screws.
