Here are some plans for an adjustable lounger that is a number of things.

  1. Easy to build
  2. Reasonable cost for material
  3. Comfortable
  4. Attractive (depending on your taste. Minimalists will appreciate it)
  5. Few tools needed
  6. Few power tools needed

This patio lounger can be built from a number of different material. If it will be exposed to the elements on a patio or deck that isn’t covered, you should use a wood that is naturally resistant to rot or decay. A couple of examples are Redwood, Cedar, or Mahogany.
